Why Us?

Private Parties/Events Face/Body Painting
We can comfortably paint 10-12 full faces an hour, and this
needs to be kept in mind when making a booking to ensure
that all guests can be accommodated.  If more guests are
attending the party then we can offer quicker designs with
less detail. We have a 90 minute minimum for all parties.
We are willing to do "one hour only" parties for
smaller groups, ie less than 12 children, but these need to be
local to us, in the  Northern Westchester area. 

We have many packages to make your party extra special, please
have the following information available so we can give you a quote
for your next event:

The date of the event?
Hour many hours you need entertainment?
Approximately how many guests you are expecting?
What is  the average age group of your guests?
Where will the event  be located?

Corporate Clients
Charges are negotiable depending on the event, timings etc. and number of our staff we need to service your event.

Fund Raising Events
We do offer a discounted rate for churches, schools, libraries, and non-profit organizations.

When Should I Book?
As soon as possible please.There are certain times of the year when we are very busy so you need to book as soon as you can to avoid disappointment.The booking will not be secure until we receive a deposit and completed booking form (this will be emailed/sent to you following your inquiry).

For private clients we require a 50% deposit in order to reserve your event date and time. The remainder and any other additional charges are due in cash on the day of the event. Checks will be accepted from businesses. Once we have your deposit, you'll receive the contract with all the details. Only booked times with deposits are guaranteed, and the date isn't considered booked until the deposit clears the bank.

Should you need to reschedule your event, please do so at least 7 days prior and we will make every effort to meet your needs. If you need to cancel the event, your deposit is only refundable if requested at least 7 days prior to the event. If for any reason should Making Faces Parties Inc. be unable to accommodate your paid booking, every effort will be made to find a replacement, in the event no replacement is available a full refund of your deposit will be returned to you or you may receive your next event for the equal amount of time with no further amount required.
